Autumn - so beautiful with his sunny skies, red leaves and bright berries a-growing... luring us into the belief that all is well with the world.

But don't be fooled! He's about to drag us into dark mornings, dark afternoons and icy-cold days and nights!

I am about to enter my 15th English winter. FIF.TEEN.

I didn't think I'd make it past two - but I have ..all 10 Raynaud's fingers intact.

I'm not sure I'll stick around for another 15, though.
