IT'S GOOD TO WALK
I may not always be crossing my training runs off (tsk) - but I'm walking at least 6 miles (10km) a day these days - getting to the train for work and back. Which must be good for the old ticker.
I took advantage of a sunny lunctime yesterday and set off in search of Clifton Suspension Bridge (the location of the first bungee jump in 1977) and ended up doing a 3 mile (5km) route:
Which filled up the vitamin D reserves - until I leave for Oz next week!
