HEALTH MATTERS

Salt. It's a bugger.

But
how much do you know about it?
(I scored 8/10 which results in "7-10: treat yourself to a bag of posh no-salt crisps." Oh - alright then!)

The
BHF recommends reducing dietary salt intake as one of the key lifestyle changes people can make in order to lower blood pressure – and therefore their risk of CHD (Coronary Heart Disease) - also a bugger.

Salt. Just say no.
